All those involved in Debating in Queensland are invited to become members and attend the QDU Annual General Meeting.

7pm Thursday, 11 February 2010

St Joseph’s College, 285 Gregory Terrace Brisbane.

Supper provided afterwards.

Nominations for positions on the management committee are also called for at this time. Nominations must be signed and seconded. These must then be lodged with the secretary by the 26th of January 2010. Please Mail to: Thomas Ashby, QDU Secretary, PO Box 1466, Toowong, Qld 4006. Please note that e-mail nominations cannot be accepted.

Positions for Election: President, Senior Vice President, Schools Vice President, Adjudicators Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Public Relations Officer, Sponsorship Officer and 4 Executive Officers without portfolio.

Annual membership of $5 payable on or before the evening entitles you to vote at the AGM.
