Note:
Schools can only request a postponement by sending an email to the QDU administrator who will seek approval of the postponement from the QDU Executive (QDU Schools Vice President).

It is only when the request has been granted and the opposing school agrees to the rescheduling of the debate that the postponement fee will be charged. If the postponement request is denied, then failure to debate will result in the relevant forfeit fine being applied.

An exceptional circumstances waiver will still apply as per QDU rules.
